Within the framework of the Republic of Angola’s foreign policy objectives, which are fundamentally based on the principle of establishing diplomatic relations and cooperation with other countries, on the basis of universally accepted principles, I have been appointed to represent the Government of the Republic of Angola in this strategic region of the Asia Pacific, as the fifth Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

As the representative of the Government of the Republic of Angola in the above-mentioned countries, I will fulfill my duty to promote and increasingly strengthen cooperative relations in the most diverse fields between Angola and these countries.

The Republic of Angola has vast natural resources, with large reserves of minerals, oil, vast agricultural land, diverse marine resources, abundant flora and fauna, as well as natural beauty for tourism. Angola also has an attractive business environment that makes it easy for entrepreneurs to invest in a favorable economic climate, with good infrastructures, a vast market, and accessibility to other markets given its geo-location.

I would like to take this opportunity to reaffirm our total willingness to continue working to promote active economic diplomacy and to accompany and protect Angolans living in these countries.
